Located 20 minutes from Larnaka city, in the village of Xylotympou, Andriana Folkloric Park offers an interesting insight into traditional Cypriot village life, with something for all the family.

The relaxing, natural environment of the park consists of: a traditional Cypriot house of the 19th century; a smaller traditional Cypriot house of 20th century; the chapel of Apostle Andreas; a monastery guesthouse ‘Arhontariki’ (which houses an exhibition of black and white photographs illustrating the history of Cyprus); a display of various water-obtaining mechanisms throughout the ages, and a small farm.

The farm is home to ostriches, goats, sheep, pigs, horses, chickens and many birds, as well as the Cyprus donkey, which visitors can feed and ride, including an exhilarating safari ride through the countryside. A traditional meal is served every Sunday at the restaurant, which overlooks the park.
