The annual 'Festival of Tradition and Culture' takes place at a different village each October 1 and is held by the Women's Association of Rural Larnaka (WARL). It is the largest traditional festival held in the rural areas of Larnaka region with traditional stalls, entertainment and activities.

This year's festival will be held in Anglisides and marks 20 years of the festival's organisation by WARL; a collective of women from rural and mountainous Larnaka who preserve and promote traditional gastronomy and folkloric customs.
