The 'Festival of Traditional Delicacies' in mountainous Kato Drys village celebrates its local products and byproducts, including grape must desserts (palouze and soutzsouko), bulgar wheat soup, terebinth pies, Zivania spirit distillation and more.

There will be food preparation demonstrations and sampling; guided tours of the village centre and visits to agrotourism establishments, churches, museums and wineries, with the event culminating with a programme of folkloric dance.
