'Flavours of the Deep' is a culinary event taking place at Larnaka fishing shelter (Psarolimano) that will present fish gastronomy and the fisherman's occupation.

Time: 5-9pm

Place: Psarolimano

Organised by Larnaka & Famagusta Districts Development Agency (ANETEL) with the participation of the Association of Professional Fishermen in Larnaca.

Programme includes:

• Sampling of fish dishes freshly prepared at the event by chef Christos Christodoulou and TV cook Chryso Lefou. 
• Fishing boat mini trips.
• Information on the modern fishing profession.
• How to recognise if fish is fresh for consumption.
• How to clean fish for cooking preparation.

The project is implemented within the framework of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund 2021-2027 and co-financed by the EU.
