A culinary and cultural festival that celebrates Tersefanou's tradition of snail gastronomy. Chefs and cooks will present both traditional and modern recipes featuring snails as the main ingredient and visitors can help select the best dish as well as sample them.

The festival’s artistic program includes live traditional music and dance performances, and interactive workshops and activities for children.

The festival venue will also host street food stalls and kiosks with local products and handicrafts.
