Scan & Explore Larnaka City in 360°

Larnaka’s compact city centre and promenade make it super easy to explore on foot. Simply add the updated ‘360° Larnaka Cultural Walk’ platform as your handy virtual tour guide; scan the QR codes on attractions along the way, and you’ll discover rich history and local culture in an interesting and interactive way!
Plan in Advance or Take Along?
The virtual platform (here) shows the Foinikoudes (Palm Tree) promenade, parallel commercial centre, old neighbourhoods and other key areas of Larnaka city in a way that allows you to explore from a ground or aerial view, complete with additional information on each attraction, and connecting to Larnaka Virtual Museums and Larnaka Storytelling Statues. This is perfect for both planning in advance what you would like to see when you arrive, or for using as a virtual tour guide along the way (connected device required!).
Scan and Learn
Whilst there have been updates to the platform, the exciting new addition is QR codes on the actual attractions included in the tour (distinctive, ‘flamingo pink' signs). Just scan them as you find them and they instantly link to the virtual platform for information, allowing you to see what else is nearby. This is ideal for when you come across an attraction even if you are not taking the walk itself!
Three Walks to Choose From
The Larnaka Cultural Walk is split into three separate - but interlinked - walks in categories, for those who want to follow a specific theme: Seafront & Town Centre; Archaeology & Museums; Culture & Nature.
Enjoy autonomous exploring, but if you would also like to join a guided tour, the Free Wednesday Guided Walking Tour needs no advance booking and is totally free!
